Excellent service. Pet bucket notifies customers about upcoming scheduled orders, shipped date of orders, and alerts customers to product shortages. Pet bucket also follows up shipments with email asking if shipment arrived in satisfactory condition. Their prices for flea medicine seem the best to me.

I am so glad I found you. It was easy to place my order. It didn’t take long to receive my flea meds. And your company stayed with me until I received my order. The most important thing is your prices were so much more reasonable than the previous company I was ordering from. That means a lot to me as I have several rescue cats and every cent saved, helps me to feed and vet them. Thanks for your excellent service.

I have a standing order at Pet Bucket that gets delivered every 6 months. I like that they give me a heads up about a week ahead of time so that I can adjust the delivery if I need to. Also, they were very helpful in applying a coupon that I received, but wasn’t able to do on my own. Orders come quickly, considering they’re coming from England.
