Petbucket has been great! Items have consistently arrived on time. I'm using the automatic reorder and it works like a charm. At one point I wanted to change a delivery date. They received my email about the change, emailed me back promptly and took care of my request. Hard to tell what kind of folks are on the other end of an email like that, but for some reason their answers to me have always seemed unusually personable and knowledgeable. (I would have given Petbucket a higher rating on "How would you rate our service?", but I couldn't get the little ball to move!)

Yes I am very happy with the product and it arrived last week. I was worried that it would not get here in time for his meds on a certain day of the month but it did. Took several weeks but that's ok. I didn't see a phone number or email address for n case I didn't get it. But all is good. I see a phone number now and I'm putting it in my contracts. thanks! Kaye
