Excellent prices and quality items!! I always try to make sure I order well in advance just in case there is a holdup from ordering overseas. My most recent order did take over 3 months to get here, which was frustrating, but I still got it before my dog was due for the next dose. The holdup I'm sure was not the fault of Petbucket, just be aware if you are in the States, don't order something you need right away. 🙂

The website is easy to use and informative. I don't have to spend time entering an arrival date on my calendar and I have what I need when I need it for my fur babies. This company sends reminders and also checks up on whether you've received your order or not. Customer service is excellent in my opinion and I would recommend them to anyone who likes saving money.

I just received my order today, Oct. 15, 2020. I was very pleased with the prompt service and the price of my purchase. I would like to suggest that in future, that orders put in the mail be in a box strong enough to protect the contents, as my purchase was crushed within the flimsy packaging it came in. Otherwise, I was completely satisfied with my dealings with Pet Bucket and I have already recommended them to family and friends.
